Telegram · Slack · WhatsApp

Not a chatbot.
A real team member.

Three things separate this from every other AI tool you have tried.

01 · Memory
It remembers.
Every conversation, every document, every preference. Our proprietary 4-part memory structure — exclusive to Bowe — builds context across four distinct memory layers. Nothing else on the market does this.
02 · Proactive
It acts.
Not a chatbot waiting for commands. Monitors your email, runs scheduled research, sends briefings, flags anomalies — on its own, on your schedule.
03 · Connected
It talks to you.
Through the messenger you already use. Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack. Morning briefings, urgent alerts, daily summaries — wherever you are.

You can build from there. Add your own scenarios with the agents help as you grow. We give you the foundation. The rest is yours.

Stop thinking of AI as software.
Start thinking of it as your next hire.

The AI you have used so far — ChatGPT, Gemini, chatbots — is a tool. You open it, ask a question, close it. It waits for you.

What we build is different. Your agent does not wait. It works.

And the agent does not quit.

A day in the life of your agent.

This is not a list of features. This is what an actual Tuesday looks like once your agent is running.

6:00 AM
Agent reads overnight emails. By the time you are up, a summary is waiting in your messenger: three urgent items, five that can wait, two auto-handled.
8:30 AM
You are driving. You dictate: "Draft a follow-up to Sarah from yesterdays call. Mention the pricing we discussed and suggest Thursday." Draft is ready when you park.
11:00 AM
Agent joins your Zoom as a silent participant. Takes notes. Identifies action items. Delivers summary 10 minutes after the call ends.
1:00 PM
A prospect messages your business WhatsApp. Agent handles initial qualification, books the discovery call, updates HubSpot, notifies you.
3:30 PM
Weekly competitor scan complete. Three pricing changes, one new product launch, one layoff at your biggest competitor. One-paragraph summary delivered.
9:00 PM
A client emails about a project timeline. Agent drafts a reply using context from your last three conversations. You approve from the couch.
2:00 AM
A customer places a large order. Agent confirms, updates Shopify, notifies your supplier, queues thank-you sequence. You see it in the morning.

One agent. One day. It does not get tired. It does not call in sick. It does not ask for a raise.

What your agent does in your industry.

Every business is different, but most rely on the same core workflow categories. Here is how your agent fits.

Retail & E-commerce
Monitor competitor pricing daily. Auto-respond on WhatsApp/Instagram. Weekly Shopify reports. Generate product descriptions in your voice.
Consulting Firms
Pre-call research on every client. Meeting summaries into action items. Draft proposals and SOWs. Weekly industry intelligence reports.
Professional Services
Attorneys, CPAs, agencies: inbox triage, document summaries, client research, draft replies in your style.
Healthcare & Wellness
Appointment reminders, reschedule handling, post-visit follow-ups, review monitoring across Google and Yelp.
Home Services & Trades
Lead qualification, quote generation from phone calls, order tracking, 30/60/90-day follow-ups with past clients.
Content & Marketing
Brand mention monitoring, trend research, weekly video/podcast transcription, competitor content tracking.
Real Estate
Daily listing monitoring, property comparisons, lead follow-up sequences, MLS description drafting.

You are not locked in to any one AI model.

We configure a hybrid stack — cheap local models for routine work, premium cloud models for complex reasoning. You choose what fits your needs and budget.

Cloud Models (pay-as-you-go)

Claude (Anthropic) — default for complex reasoning, writing, research, client-facing work.
OpenAI GPT-5.4 & GPT-4o — strong alternative, particularly for image generation or existing OpenAI workflows.
Google Gemini — for clients deep in the Google Workspace ecosystem.

Local Models (free to run)

Qwen 3 (Ollama) — default for routine tasks: classification, summarization, intent detection.
Llama 3 — Metas open-source model, strong general-purpose choice.
Mistral · DeepSeek — specialized options for European languages and code-heavy workflows.

Why this matters. By routing cheap, repetitive tasks to local models and reserving premium APIs only for complex work, we typically reduce ongoing AI costs by 60–80%. A client who would otherwise spend $500/month on Claude API alone might spend $100–$150 with a well-configured hybrid stack.

A note on open-source models: We can configure any open-source model you request, including Chinese-origin models like Qwen and DeepSeek. These run 100% locally on your hardware with no external data transmission. However, we recommend clients evaluate their own organizations policies on model provenance before deployment. The choice is yours — we are here to configure what you decide works.

Three weeks from hello to up and running.

Custom & Advanced Work

Every business is different. For anything beyond the standard setup, we quote individually based on scope:

  • Hardware — Mac mini or server purchased separately, based on your needs advised during consultation
  • Server-based deployment — for teams, remote access, or specific compliance requirements
  • Voice capability — inbound/outbound phone via ElevenLabs, OpenAI Realtime, or Twilio
  • Additional messenger integrations — connecting to multiple channels
  • Multi-team deployments — for growing organizations
  • Complex custom scenarios — industry-specific workflows beyond standard
  • Onsite setup (Las Vegas metro only) — in-person installation

After your free discovery call, we provide an itemized quote for your specific needs. No surprise add-ons.

Ongoing AI Costs

AI usage is billed directly by the provider under your account. Here are your three options, each with different tradeoffs:

Option 1 · API Pay-as-You-Go

Best balance of cost and accuracy for most SMBs. Pay per token consumed — precise, scales with usage.

Typical SMB range: $100–$500/month, with most clients landing between $150–$300. Claude: $3–$25 per million tokens. OpenAI GPT-5.4/4o: $2.50–$20 per million. Hard caps set in console; agent pauses when reached.

If you already have a Claude API account or credits, we use those.

Option 2 · Subscription Claude Pro / ChatGPT / Gemini

Predictable monthly billing. If you already pay for ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or Gemini Advanced, we can wire the agent to use that subscription. Claude Pro $20/mo · Claude Max $100–$200/mo · ChatGPT Plus $20/mo · ChatGPT Business $25–$30/user/mo · Gemini Advanced $20/mo.

Tradeoff: subscription plans have rate limits and fewer advanced integration options than full API access — fine for light-to-moderate use.

Option 3 · Local Ollama + Qwen 3 / Llama / Mistral

Higher upfront hardware investment, cheap to run, but slower. Agent runs entirely on local models. Monthly AI cost: $0 after setup. Best for privacy-first workflows or clients who value cost predictability above frontier-model quality.

Server hosting is also available as an option for remote access or specific compliance needs — quoted based on your setup during consultation.

Which Option Fits You?

Depends on two things: your budget and your needs. Here is a simple guide.

Moderate budget, variable needs

→ Option 1 (API). Flexible, precise, scales with actual use. Most common choice.

Light use, predictable budget

→ Option 2 (Subscription). Flat rate, simpler billing. Good if you already pay for ChatGPT/Claude.

Privacy-first, high volume

→ Option 3 (Local). Zero ongoing AI cost, data never leaves device. Tradeoff: local models are capable but not at frontier level.

We will help you decide during your free discovery call.

Keep it dialed in.
$500/month.

Running a production AI agent requires regular attention. Our managed care subscription is a dedicated service from the Bowe team — not the AI engine cost. It covers everything that keeps an agent healthy over time, plus direct phone access when you need us.

System Health & Security

Monthly Health Check. We review logs, performance, memory integrity, and response accuracy. Catch drift before it becomes a problem.
Monthly Security Audit. Credential review, permissions check, spending cap verification, firmware and OS patches applied safely.
Controlled Monthly Updates. We apply OpenClaw, plugin, and dependency updates manually — auto-updates are risky on production systems. Every update is tested first.
Weekly Configuration Backup. Automatic encrypted backup of your agent configuration with your permission. Quick recovery if anything breaks.

Support & Continuous Improvement

5 Hours of Phone Support per Month. Scheduled calls with Jeremy or Daria — troubleshooting, new scenarios, training new team members, strategy.
Priority Response (24-hour SLA). Email and text issues answered within one business day. Emergencies faster.
Curated Skill Recommendations. As we build new skills for other clients (with permission), we share the ones relevant to your workflow. First access to platform improvements.
Performance Drift Monitoring. We watch for hallucinations, accuracy degradation, and silent failures. Monthly report summarizing agent health.

Optional — you choose. Not required to run your agent. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Your data stays on your hardware.

Most AI services ask you to trust them with your data. We do not ask for that trust — because your data never comes to us in the first place. The agent lives on your hardware, under your control, with every action logged for you to review.

Our Four Commitments

Your data never leaves your hardware unless you authorize it.

The agent runs locally. Period.

We do not keep access.

After handoff, we have zero ongoing access to your device or data unless you explicitly request support.

Every action is logged.

You can review everything the agent has done, anytime.

Spending has a hard ceiling.

Monthly caps are set before go-live. The agent stops when the cap is hit — no surprise bills.

Seven Layers of Protection

01

Physical Device Security

Device stays at your location. FileVault full-disk encryption. Auto-lock on inactivity. Admin password plus biometric login where supported.

02

Network Protection

Firewall locked down. No open ports to public internet. All inbound connections through verified messenger APIs. Optional VPN.

03

Least Privilege

Agent starts read-only. Week 1: reads only. Week 2: drafts without sending. After your approval: sends with confirmation. Every expansion is your decision.

04

You Hold the Keys

All API keys created under your accounts, billed to your payment methods. Stored in macOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted). We retain no copies.

05

Financial Safeguards

Hard monthly spending cap on every AI API key. Alerts at 50% and 80%. When cap is reached, agent pauses. Optional dedicated payment card.

06

Full Logging

Every agent action written to a local log. Daily or weekly summary reports. Alerts for unusual behavior.

07

Incident Response

Sent items reversible via email undo-send and archive. Kill switch disables all API keys instantly. Emergency contact during support period. Weekly config backups.

A note on compliance: We currently serve general business clients. For HIPAA, financial services, or legal-industry compliance, specialized setup is required — we will refer you to partners who focus on regulated industries.

Clear expectations, clear partnership.

What Is Included in the $3,000

  • A fully configured AI agent meeting the scope defined during your discovery call
  • Complete transfer of ownership — software configuration, API keys, credentials, documentation
  • Training — live sessions and a written runbook covering operation, monitoring, and updates
  • 2 hours of free consultation after delivery for questions, refinements, and troubleshooting

Beyond the $3,000

To set clear expectations: your agent is a capable partner, but final judgment always stays with you and your team. A few things to know:

  • Business decisions remain yours. AI assists with work — your team reviews, approves, and acts on what the agent produces.
  • Ongoing operation is managed by you. After handoff, you own and run the agent. We are available for consultation on an individual basis.
  • Additional work is quoted per request. New integrations, complex scenarios, or extensions — each priced individually based on scope.
  • Legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice is outside our scope — for regulated-industry needs, we will refer you to specialists.

Transfer of Ownership

On the day your agent goes live, we complete a formal handoff:

  • All hardware (if purchased through us) is your property from the day it arrives
  • All API keys are created under your accounts with your payment methods — we never hold keys under ours
  • All credentials stored in your macOS Keychain on your device; we retain no copies
  • Full documentation delivered: system configuration, scenario definitions, emergency procedures, update instructions
  • A one-page Handoff Acknowledgment confirms you have received all assets and training

Your Role After Handoff

A few simple responsibilities keep everything running — we cover each in training:

  • Keep hardware physically secure and admin credentials confidential
  • Apply updates to OS, OpenClaw, and plugins as we have shown you
  • Maintain the spending caps we configured
  • Review agent logs periodically — full visibility is always available

Limitations

Because the agent runs on your hardware under your control after handoff, we are not responsible for outcomes tied to how it is operated, maintained, or adjusted beyond our original configuration. This includes actions taken within your configured scenarios, consequences of AI-generated outputs used in business decisions, data loss from hardware issues or user error, unauthorized access from compromised credentials, and third-party service changes.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service. Any concerns are governed by Nevada law and handled first through direct conversation, then mediation in Clark County if needed.

Common questions.

What happens if the agent makes a mistake?
All actions are logged. Emails can be unsent or archived. Drafts are reviewed before sending during ramp-up. By the time you grant auto-send permissions, the agent has demonstrated reliable behavior on the scenarios you approve.
What if I want to stop using the service?
You own the hardware and the agent configuration. The agent keeps running. We can also provide a full handoff to another technical person if preferred.
Can I add new scenarios myself later?
Yes. Training covers how to add simple scenarios in natural language — you literally just tell the agent what you need. For complex work, we are available on a per-service basis.
What if AI models change — what if Claude gets replaced?
Our architecture is provider-agnostic. If a better model launches, we can swap it in without rebuilding. That is why we use hybrid stacks from day one.
Who owns the data the agent produces?
You do. Always. The agents memory, logs, and generated content live on your hardware and are yours.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Zapier?
ChatGPT is a chat interface — you have to be at your computer typing. Zapier connects apps with rigid if-this-then-that rules. Your agent runs autonomously on your schedule, reasons about context, uses the tools you have approved, and reports through the messenger you already use. Closer to a trained assistant than to either.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. The $3,000 setup is designed to give you a strong foundation you can build from. Add scenarios, integrations, and permissions as your comfort grows — with the agents help, or ours.
Do I need a Mac mini?
Not necessarily. We recommend hardware based on what you actually need during the discovery call. Options include Mac mini (most common), a server deployment, or running on an existing machine you own. All quoted individually based on your situation.
Can the agent talk on the phone?
Yes, voice capability is available as a quoted add-on. Inbound calls, outbound reminder calls, or voicemail triage — through services like ElevenLabs, OpenAI Realtime, or Twilio.

Hands-on builders.
Not resellers.

We run this stack ourselves.

Jeremy runs this exact stack daily through a personal Telegram-integrated agent. We have debugged the edge cases, fixed the dependency breaks, and know what is stable.

Two-person family team.

You talk to us — no account managers, no outsourced support, no handoffs. Every client gets direct access to both Daria and Jeremy.

We advise on hardware — you decide.

During consultation, we recommend what is right for your needs. We do not upsell you into more than you need, and we do not cut corners where it matters. Apple Silicon RAM cannot be upgraded later, so hardware is a one-shot decision we take seriously.

US-based, Las Vegas.

Nationwide shipping, same time zones, onsite option for the local market. Real humans you can reach.

Two people.
Direct access.

No account managers. No outsourced support. When you work with Bowe Automation, you work with us — the people who built the system and run it every day.
