OpenClaw
A pre-configured OpenClaw agent on your hardware, trained on your workflows, wired into your messenger.
- Runs on your device
- Trained on your business
- Telegram, WhatsApp & Slack
We install a fully configured AI assistant on your own hardware, trained on your business and connected to the apps you already use — of every kind, on any platform.
Pick the assistant that fits how you run. We configure it, train it on your business, and hand it over ready to work.
A pre-configured OpenClaw agent on your hardware, trained on your workflows, wired into your messenger.
An open-source self-improving assistant from Nous Research — builds reusable skills from experience and keeps persistent memory, getting more useful over time.
Your assistant runs on hardware you own and talks to you through the channels you already have open — no new app to learn.
A Mac mini, a server, or hardware you already own. It stays at your location, under your control.
Telegram · WhatsApp · Slack · Discord · Signal · iMessage · SMS — wherever you already message.
Email, calendar, docs, CRM, and live web research — connected to the apps that run your day.
Frontier cloud models are brilliant but priced per token. Local open-source models are private and free to run. We build a hybrid stack that uses both — the right model for each job, and any of them swappable.
Claude, GPT, and Gemini via API for the hardest reasoning. Pay per token, capped in the console, swappable anytime.
Qwen 3, Llama, or Mistral running locally through Ollama. Zero per-token cost, and your data never leaves the device.
Route routine work to local models and escalate the hard tasks to frontier ones. Provider-agnostic from day one.
Why this matters: routing everyday work to local and lower-cost models can cut ongoing AI spend by 60–80% versus running everything on frontier API — without giving up quality where it counts.
Open-source models keep improving fast. Because your stack is provider-agnostic, we can drop in a better model the week it launches — no rebuild, no lock-in.
The AI you have used so far waits for you. What we build does not wait — it works.

And the agent does not quit.
Not a list of features — what an actual Tuesday looks like once your agent is running.
One agent. One day. It does not get tired. It does not call in sick. It does not ask for a raise.
Most AI services ask you to trust them with your data. We do not ask for that trust — because your data never comes to us in the first place. The agent lives on your hardware, under your control, with every action logged for you to review.
The agent runs locally. Period.
After handoff, we have zero ongoing access to your device or data unless you explicitly request support.
You can review everything the agent has done, anytime.
Monthly caps are set before go-live. The agent stops when the cap is hit — no surprise bills.
Device stays at your location. FileVault full-disk encryption. Auto-lock on inactivity. Admin password plus biometric login where supported.
Firewall locked down. No open ports to public internet. All inbound connections through verified messenger APIs. Optional VPN.
Agent starts read-only. Week 1: reads only. Week 2: drafts without sending. After your approval: sends with confirmation. Every expansion is your decision.
All API keys created under your accounts, billed to your payment methods. Stored in macOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted). We retain no copies.
Hard monthly spending cap on every AI API key. Alerts at 50% and 80%. When cap is reached, agent pauses. Optional dedicated payment card.
Every agent action written to a local log. Daily or weekly summary reports. Alerts for unusual behavior.
Sent items reversible via email undo-send and archive. Kill switch disables all API keys instantly. Emergency contact during support period. Weekly config backups.
A note on compliance: We currently serve general business clients. For HIPAA, financial services, or legal-industry compliance, specialized setup is required — we will refer you to partners who focus on regulated industries.
Every business is different. For anything beyond the standard setup, we quote individually based on scope:
After your free discovery call, we provide an itemized quote for your specific needs. No surprise add-ons.
AI usage is billed directly by the provider under your account. Here are your three options, each with different tradeoffs:
Best balance of cost and accuracy for most SMBs. Pay per token consumed — precise, scales with usage.
Typical SMB range: $100–$500/month, with most clients landing between $150–$300. Claude: $3–$25 per million tokens. OpenAI GPT-5.4/4o: $2.50–$20 per million. Hard caps set in console; agent pauses when reached.
If you already have a Claude API account or credits, we use those.
Predictable monthly billing. If you already pay for ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or Gemini Advanced, we can wire the agent to use that subscription. Claude Pro $20/mo · Claude Max $100–$200/mo · ChatGPT Plus $20/mo · ChatGPT Business $25–$30/user/mo · Gemini Advanced $20/mo.
Tradeoff: subscription plans have rate limits and fewer advanced integration options than full API access — fine for light-to-moderate use.
Higher upfront hardware investment, cheap to run, but slower. Agent runs entirely on local models. Monthly AI cost: $0 after setup. Best for privacy-first workflows or clients who value cost predictability above frontier-model quality.
Server hosting is also available as an option for remote access or specific compliance needs — quoted based on your setup during consultation.
Depends on two things: your budget and your needs. Here is a simple guide.
→ Option 1 (API). Flexible, precise, scales with actual use. Most common choice.
→ Option 2 (Subscription). Flat rate, simpler billing. Good if you already pay for ChatGPT/Claude.
→ Option 3 (Local). Zero ongoing AI cost, data never leaves device. Tradeoff: local models are capable but not at frontier level.
We will help you decide during your free discovery call.
Running a production AI agent requires regular attention. Our managed care subscription is a dedicated service from the Bowe team — not the AI engine cost. It covers everything that keeps an agent healthy over time, plus direct phone access when you need us.
Optional — you choose. Not required to run your agent. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
All actions are logged. Emails can be unsent or archived. Drafts are reviewed before sending during ramp-up. By the time you grant auto-send permissions, the agent has demonstrated reliable behavior on the scenarios you approve.
You own the hardware and the agent configuration. The agent keeps running. We can also provide a full handoff to another technical person if preferred.
Yes. Training covers how to add simple scenarios in natural language — you literally just tell the agent what you need. For complex work, we are available on a per-service basis.
Our architecture is provider-agnostic. If a better model launches, we can swap it in without rebuilding. That is why we use hybrid stacks from day one.
You do. Always. The agent's memory, logs, and generated content live on your hardware and are yours.
ChatGPT is a chat interface — you have to be at your computer typing. Zapier connects apps with rigid if-this-then-that rules. Your agent runs autonomously on your schedule, reasons about context, uses the tools you have approved, and reports through the messenger you already use. Closer to a trained assistant than to either.
Yes. The $3,000 setup is designed to give you a strong foundation you can build from. Add scenarios, integrations, and permissions as your comfort grows — with the agent's help, or ours.
Not necessarily. We recommend hardware based on what you actually need during the discovery call. Options include Mac mini (most common), a server deployment, or running on an existing machine you own. All quoted individually based on your situation.
Yes, voice capability is available as a quoted add-on. Inbound calls, outbound reminder calls, or voicemail triage — through services like ElevenLabs, OpenAI Realtime, or Twilio.
The first call is free. 30 minutes, zero commitment. We confirm what you need, what hardware suits you, and whether we are the right fit.
